Erik Moore, PhD

Dr. Moore studied at and is a graduate of the State University of New York, CUNY Brooklyn College, and Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Dr. Moore’s training in clinical neuropsychology is in world renowned institutions such as The Manhattan Psychiatric Center, JFK-Johnson Rehabilitation/Neuroscience Institute in Edison, NJ, and Staten Island University Hospital in Staten Island, NY.

Dr. Moore conducted research and presented on topics of stroke and cerebrovascular risk factors, traumatic brain injury, and treatment planning and recovery. In addition, with over 2000 patient evaluations, Dr. Moore has extensive experience conducting inpatient and outpatient forensic, school, and clinical neuropsychology assessments, neuropsychological evaluations of neurological disorders of children, adults, and older adults, disability and capacity evaluations, presurgery evaluations and symptom validity assessments. Dr. Moore conducts interviews, testing, and report writing in person.

Dr. Moore held an appointment of Clinical Supervisor at Columbia University, Teachers College Dean-Hope Center of Educational & Psychological Services

New York State Psychological Association, Council of Representatives. Distinguished Fellow Award.
